Fixed Go launcher issue in android gingerbread

Added 12 new icons

Fixed many icons was not applying

the main reason i released this update is for fixing go launcher issue because i got many emails regarding this

i have around 100 icons requests I’m working on .. so don’t worry all your requests will be covered in next update.
