STORY

In the distant future, the only sentient beings in the world are robots.

They are the last remnant of the human spirit.

However, mankind is not dead.

Technology exists that is capable of transferring memories to these robots.

But with limited space, new memories will gradually overwrite the old.

To prevent the emotions in human memories from fading away, the robots resorted to converting the emotions to music, and storing them in a place called Cytus.

Use ONLY if you are using AOKP, CM10.2 or a similar ROM that is current and has the theme chooser installed/enabled and is based on Android 4.3 or newer. The dialer theme will only work properly in 4.3.



If you are using ParanoidAndroid, do not use this theme (only the black theme Kit kat theme will work). PA does not include a lot of theme-relevant commits that other ROMs, like CyanogenMod and AOKP have included since months and years. You can thank their “AOSPA” for being that theme-unfriendly.

This theme enhances the already well designed JellyBean interface in anticipation of the upcoming Kitkat Android 4.4 release – and is light themed including a totally inverted dialer and messaging app to holo.light.

If you prefer a black version, feel free to use the black edition of my Kit Kat theme on the market (many apps themed like Play Store, Google Now and many others)

The theme is based on my other popular themes on Google Play, so I would recommend you check these out before you purchase this special edition.

Notes:

- In order to allow no background for statusbar and navbar, please use a custom rom that supports that (such as AOKP), I cannot theme this via theme chooser unfortunately.

- To allow the dialer to have the blue custom action bar for Kit Kat on the bottom, you need a special dialer I created: You can download it here (Google actually cheater the custom action bar, it isn’t a proper action bar like in the contacts app). Please make a backup prior to using this dialer as I cannot guarantee it works with all custom ROMs.

Installation:

Apply theme, then reboot. Reboot is also required after a theme update is installed.

Getting”improperly compiled” error?. Set to system theme, reboot, then apply.

Missing assets/screen size? Apply anyway

- Added custom white statusbar icons (for those that use a themed ROM but do not like the customizations)

- Kitkat inspired dialer light themed (completely inverted)
