To use the App, you need to have a “Zmart Remote Pro” device that compatible for Android device. You cannot try or activate the App without the “Zmart Remote Pro” device. You also need to turn off any volume limit (any Volume Control app needs to be disabled), sound enhancement, sound effects and set volume to maximum to use Zmart Remote Pro.
