The percentage indicates how much battery power of your phone battery has left the Android status bar. The rate match and appeared as part of the Android operating system, unlike some battery icon

Large blue – To mingle with 3.x or higher . Better visibility on tablet

While large – better visibility on tablet

Large green / yellow / red – better visibility on tablet
